I was given the 870 as a Christmas present in 1998, and I will never get rid of it. I've used it in the Northeast to hunt deer, and in the southeast to shunt Turkey. It is my favorite shotgun and is very dear to me.

I have the express model, and though bought new in 1998, was built in 1992 and must have gone unsold for years.
Only con about the express model is that they can rust, so keep it oiled!
